MSHP Works Two Accidents in Stone County – Hometown Daily News

The Missouri State Highway Patrol works a pair of traffic accidents in Stone County Monday.

The first takes place just before 8:00 am on Highway 76 two miles west of Branson when a vehicle driven by 65-year-old Nancy Gephart of Hollister crossed the center line heading westbound and struck a vehicle coming the other way. Gephart was not injured but the driver of the other vehicle, 25-year-old Megan Gorman of Reeds Spring, did sustain minor injuries that were treated at Cox Medical Center in Branson.

The second accident occurred north of Hurley on Holt Springs Road Monday night around 9:15. The online accident report indicates that accident occurred as a vehicle driven by 18-year-old Rowhan Graham of Crane began sliding on the slush covered roadway sliding off of the road and striking a tree. Graham and a passenger in the vehicle, 17-year-old Marie Loden also of Crane, sustained minor injuries and were taken for treatment to Mercy Hospital in Aurora.
